Untangling the Complexity of Parental Alienation

Family Court Judges and other professionals typically misunderstand Parental Alienation and view it as if it is one “thing” which they term, “Intractable Hostility”. A Court’s Finding of “Intractable Hostility” is nothing more than a statement of failure of the Court to protect the children from “Significant Harm” (as defined by the UK Children Act 1989)

It is the summation of FOUR Ranges or Spectra of Behaviours.
