With only 10 days to go it can be an extremely tough time for alienated parents.
When everyone around you appears to be doing things with their children over the Christmas holidays it can sometimes be over whelming dealing with being alone and Parental Alienation.
After 30 years or more of dealing with PA myself I have learned to be inventive over the years.
During our countdown to Christmas I will be posting a few links and ideas of things you can do to help you through this difficult time.
If you dont feel like going out with the weather at the moment and you cant face anyone, how about doing Virtual fundraising?
Have a virtual pub quiz with your friends or a group of other alienated parents you have met online
Choose a quiz master and create your own themed quiz. Everyone can donate 1 pound or euro each to take part and video call using Zoom or Facebook from their homes.
Friday Night Drinks
Used to having a drink with colleagues or friends on a Thursday or Friday night? You still can! Have a drink together online. Each person can donate the price of their favourite drink to a chosen charity
Do a clear-out
Now is the time! Spring clean your house and make piles of things you no longer need. You’d be amazed at how great you feel afterwards. Pop any unwanted items in good condition on e-bay and donate any profits to your favourite charity.
