Looking through the lens

How people treat you is never a personal attack on you it’s a reflection of what’s happening inside of them.

When someone treats you badly, understand that this is their perception, their conditioned behavior in life, you can never change another person, you can however understand that you deserve better, wish them well, and walk away.

This does not mean be a door mat and not speak up, of course speak your truth without anger, but then know that the only change that will matter is their changed behavior, not the apology they may offer you.

(You won’t see it for what it is, until you stop looking through the lens of what you want it to be.-
