Q & A – Valentines Day

How do I deal with valentines day and being separated from my loved ones?

Valentine’s Day can be a difficult time for those who are separated from their loved ones. It can be hard to be away from the people you care about, especially on a day that is meant to celebrate love. To make the day a bit easier, try to find ways to connect with your loved ones, even if it’s from a distance. You could send them a card, call them on the phone, or even video chat with them.

Coping with valentines day when you are divorced.

Valentine’s Day can still be a special day for those who are divorced. It can be a day to celebrate self-love and self-care. Spend the day doing something that makes you feel good, like taking a long walk, reading a book, or treating yourself to a spa day. You can also use the day to reach out to friends and family and let them know how much you appreciate them.
