Help! my ex is fuelled by hate

It can be difficult and painful to be in a situation where an ex is fuelled by hate. It’s important to remember that their emotions and behavior are not necessarily a reflection of you, but rather a reflection of their own inner turmoil and unresolved issues.

If you feel that your ex’s behavior is putting you in danger, it may be necessary to seek help and protection from a trusted friend, family member, or professional.

It may also be helpful to focus on taking care of yourself and practicing self-care during this time. This may include things like getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, spending time with supportive friends and family, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

If you feel comfortable doing so, you may also consider having a conversation with your ex to express how their behavior is affecting you and to try to establish boundaries. However, it’s important to prioritize your safety and well-being in any interactions with them.
