I come from a cluster b family. We are all narcissists, antisocials, borderlines, histrionics, psychopaths.
Every narcissist in my family died of Alzheimer’s.
My mother, a narcissist antisocial, has signs of dementia now in her 60s. My father is a covert narcissist and still very sharp.
Neither of them have any regrets.
They believe they are victims wronged by the world. They deeply hate feminists and black people, who they credit with ruining the world and keeping them poor. They see themselves as exceptionally smart. They are constantly at war with each other and angry and miserable. Both of them struggle with addiction. When I bring up childhood abuse, they don’t remember a thing. They say I was a bad kid who deserved it and they were ideal parents.
