Q & A -What is Collusion between family members?

Collusion between family members can refer to a situation where two or more family members work together to deceive or manipulate other family members or to gain an unfair advantage.

For example, collusion between family members can occur in inheritance disputes, where certain family members may collude to exclude or defraud other family members from inheriting property or assets. Collusion can also occur in family businesses, where some family members may collude to gain control of the business or to exclude other family members from participating in the business.

Collusion between family members can have significant emotional and financial consequences, as it can damage trust and relationships within the family. It can also lead to legal disputes and litigation.
